ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are a successful State Farm office, located in Woodstock, IL for the past 32 years. As a Customer Service Representative with the Mark Mitchell State Farm insurance agency, you will join a winning team and generate exceptional customer experiences. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in a prompt, accurate and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs.
- Provide professional and knowledgable advice regarding appropriate insurance recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking required.
- Full time or part time schedule available.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage the risks of everyday life.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
- Ability to work in a supportive team environment.
- Able to study for and pass a Property & Casualty licensing exam.
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
